I am in the people business, but I am not a natural people person. I am a natural high achiever and a TRAINED PEOPLE PERSON. Action, results and excellence drive me to excel but people are my passion.

Years ago I realized I was not making a real impact. I was doing a good job loving people while producing, but I was not helping others grow or achieve their dreams.

You see, my PASSION in life is investing in and developing others.

That is why I joined The Maxwell Leadership Team. As a certified Maxwell coach, and trainer, I am equipped to navigate purpose with practical steps and accountability.

Yes! All individual one-on-one coaching requires a minimum of 3 months.

 Masterminds are facilitated discussion groups with likeminded individuals exploring practical applicable principles to increase influence, team productivity, personal growth and effectiveness.

Mastermind groups meet an hour a week, once a week, 4-10 weeks.

April is a certified Maxwell Leadership Team member. She is trained and equipped with the best Maxwell resources to help her clients customize a development strategy that best fits their needs.
